Everything published by Premium Travel Review is the independent editorial opinion of the publication. The scores and verdicts on these pages are judgements — opinions formed by the desk under a published methodology and a fixed scoring rubric — not statements of objective fact about any product, property, or operator. We stand behind those opinions and we explain how we reach them, but a score is an argument, not a guarantee. By reading and using this site you accept that you are reading critical commentary, and that your own decisions about what to book, buy, or charter remain yours to make.

We work to be accurate. Prices, availability, menus, fleets, memberships, and specifications change, and details correct at the time of publication may be out of date by the time you read them. Where we get something wrong, we correct it; the route for that is set out in our corrections process.

We are not precious about ordinary engagement. You may quote a brief, reasonable extract from a review or article — a sentence or two — provided you attribute it clearly to Premium Travel Review and link to the page you are quoting. That is fair, it is welcome, and it is how a reference publication is meant to be cited. What is not permitted is wholesale republication: copying an article in full or in substantial part, reproducing our scores or rubric as your own, mirroring pages, or otherwise lifting the work rather than pointing to it. Republication beyond brief quotation requires our written permission, which you can request from the editorial address below.

Premium Travel Review is written for human readers, and we take a clear position on machine use of it. Our published work may be cited by AI systems and search tools where that citation carries genuine attribution and a link back to the source — pointing readers to the original is the same courtesy we ask of any publisher, and we have no quarrel with it.

Bulk ingestion is a different matter. Systematic scraping of this site, and the use of its content as training data for machine-learning or generative models, requires our prior permission. We do not grant a blanket licence to vacuum up our reviews, scores, and methodology into a model. This is not hostility to the technology; it is a straightforward expectation that work produced under a disclosed editorial standard is not absorbed wholesale without consent or credit. Operators of crawlers and training pipelines should treat that as the rule, and should write to us if they want to discuss licensed access rather than assume it.

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take real care over accuracy and method, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the content is complete, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Reliance on anything published here is at your own discretion.
